Annual service appt

My yearly maintenance//oil change was done quickly and efficiently. I received a video of the undercarriage and notification at that time if anything else was needed (which was very much appreciated). I had an appt booked and my vehicle was back to me very quickly. Excellent service , thank you for everything !!

Although it was just an oil change and tire rotation, it was done right and service reps. were helpful and friendly!

Traded in my Ford for a Chevy Silverado this week and Jacob Ehmann made the whole process so easy! He took the time to walk me through all the different features, explain all the details and went out of his way to make the process seamless(something that didn't happen when I bought my new Ford last year). He was super helpful and super knowledgeable and didn't have that stereotypical car salesman "pushy vibe"! If you're looking to buy a new vehicle, definitely check out Jacob at Wheaton!!! You won't regret it 👍

I was a nervous wreck because I had to get a car by myself and without my parents 😅. Jacob Ehmann was so patient and answered all my questions. He was honest and explained my options to me in a way a 5 year old would understand. He was recommended to me by a family friend and I’d happily recommend him to many others.

Me and my wife had been to a few dealerships when we were on the search for our new vehicle. Needless to say, none of the experiences we’ve had compare to the service we received from Jacob Ehmann and Shawna! They treated us like family the moment we walked into the door, even though this was the first time ever meeting them. Whether it was dealing with a factory recall on our recent purchase (which was not a Chevrolet product), to which they also ensured we had a vehicle for getting around in or getting us set up with winter tires, we were treated as though we were the only customer in the building. Cannot say enough about the service and how easy they made our purchase, as well as the maintenance piece as we’ve needed it. Highly recommend speaking with Jacob if you are looking for the best overall car buying experience! Thank you to Wheaton Chevrolet, Jacob and Shawna for everything you’ve done to make owning a vehicle as easy as it can be! 10/10
