Bought a used SUV, Great overall experience. One thing that could be streamlined is the amount of time it takes to do the related paperwork. Minor issue. Over all Tom was great and did everything he said he would and then some. Very polite, courteous and easy going. My over all experience at SMP ... Ill be back...A +
