My routine oil change and check-up was done on time and with pleasant interactions. Between WI-FI, free hot beverages and helpful staff, I was very pleased.

Great experience purchasing my new civic

I purchased a vehicle from Brantford Honda and Danielle was an awesome Salesperson. Danielle was professional, listen to my needs, went beyond the call of duty and was so helpful, before and after the purchase. The dealership did a terrific job of preparing my new (used) car. All in all in was a good experience and I feel comfortable in the new relationship with Brantford Honda.

Not informed of all items needing repair. Problem went for not fixed. Parts paid for should have Ben at cost and free labor due to errors
