2nd purchase but definitely the last from this place

Emailed Katie, our sales person she emailed back promising an appt to service car..a week later nothing, my partner and coowner emailed, told they would call with appt, now 3 weeks later and still nothing. Pretty disgusted by the level of service. This is my 2nd purchase, first experience was great, second not great, car was not cleaned at pick up, I have previous owners garbage under seat, nor was alignment done as referred to upon test drive, change oil light coming on after 1 month, body shop appt never made by sales as promised. My vehicle shakes at anything over 100 mph which is due to alighment not being done. Your mechanics need to be fired as they did nothing on my car to prepare it for a buyer. This experience has soured my opinion of your company and I will not recommended anyone purchase from either location. Initially loved the car but now I'm worried that I made a huge mistake buying it.

Hani and Matt were both amazing when it came to getting the car. They both worked hard to make sure I got approved and I couldn’t be happier with the car. Thank you. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used or new car.
