Was a very positive experience yet again at Wheaton. Thanks so much to Peter and staff for looking after me while investigating the issue and completing the required repairs.

I had to have an oil change on my 2012 Silverado and the truck uses a special filter and I told Peter that it needed the special filter and to make sure it was put on .He made sure.I supply the oil. After the oil change,the unused oil was not returned to me,so I called Peter and he got my oil back to me& he even washed the truck.So kudos to Peter for excellent customer service. Patrick Schermann

We were greated by a salesperson as soon as we got onto the lot. He directed us to the area of vehicles we were interested in. The office personnel we encountered were friendly and helpful. There was a no pressure sales tactic, the personnel took the time to ask the questions to get the product we were interested in. Great explanations of options, and comparisons worked out and priced to allow us to decide what we wanted and the costing we could afford. The entire staff worked together to help us. Excellent staff compliment

Fixed my car as quickly as they could but not happy with they told me they had to do a wheel alignment witch was fine , but they knew I had to do my struts I said I was gunna have that done somewhere else but found out gotta do a wheel alignment again soon witch made the first one pointless and huge waist of money

Had a very suitable length of time to review available vehicles, taking test drives, and discussing other options. All documentation and financial information was reviewed and explained to our satisfaction. Salesman spent as much time with us explaining vehicle options, with comparisons to other lines. We felt comfortable dealing with these representatives - no high pressure tactics.

I bought my son a 2010 camaro with factory warranty and extended warranty so he wouldn't have to pay for repairs until he was done with high school. We didn't need factory warranty but we did need extended warranty for the timing chains. I myself am a journeymen industrial mechanic so we chained oil, apparently this voided the warranty on the motor and I covered the cost. Now his slave cylinder in the transmission went and once again, extended warranty did not cover it and again, I covered the cost. I feel that nobody cared about that nor was anything even offered. My wife is looking at a new vehicle and I am not going to get a GM when dodge treats me better.

I tried on more then one occasion to book my car in for a recall! A problem they created, and now I have to spend time trying to rectify. I phoned and left two messages, neither generated a response. My husband also phoned twice and left messages which were also ignored. I am now currently unable to use my car through no fault of my own. This kind of treatment is very disappointing. I may be forced to pay for the recalled repair out of my own pocket, as I need my car, and after reading all the complaints about service, I feel they cannot be trusted. Shame on you for selling vehicles you have no intention of standing behind, and treating your customers so poorly.
