My van needed its regular scheduled maintenance and a check on a noise it was making with the front passenger tire? wheel? whatever. After describing the noise I was told what the noise likely was and that it could be easily corrected with the tire rotation which is part of the maintenance package.

Usually my service experience is about as pleasurable as having a tooth pulled at the dentist. Not this time. Adam looked after me very well. They took me into the shop to show me my worn brakes (after 149,000 km) but told me I could probably get away till next service if I wanted. No pressure at all. I decided to replace them because we are going south soon for the winter. They also found a problem with the suspension but said it was not dangerous and I decided to wait. They gave me a ride home. Adam called and said that he found a bulletin that the suspension parts were covered under an extended warranty program and they would replace them at the same time. They gave me a ride back when they were finished. My experience was great. We have just moved to Cambridge recently and I won't be going anywhere else for repairs. The reason I went to Brantford Honda is that a few weeks ago I had a tail light out. I stopped in and they sent someone out to replace it immediately. Great service and a great customer attitude.
