We were in desperate need of a car. However we were not able to get a car loan or could not even lease a car due to credit issues. After talking to at least 10 different places we finally came to Empire Auto group where we were attended by Kiwan. He patiently heard our story and offered us to show a car that was e-tested and verified but the price was low. We were excited to find out that we could buy the car straight with the money which we had saved for down payment had we leased or financed a new car. We took the car for a test drive but found few issues with it. Kiwan promised to have those issues fixed and get the car ready without any additional charges. A few days later it was found out that the car has major issues with its transmission and catalytic converter. However since we were previously promised by Kiwan that there would be no additional cost to us, every single issue of the car was fixed without us having to a pay a single more penny. Finally after couple of days later we got our new car in great condition. Throughout the whole process Kiwan was very helpful, courteous, professional and truthful about every single matter, a thing that is rare to find in people these days. Based on our experience we can definitely say that Empire auto is a place that is managed by good people who care and would go out of their way to help their customers.

Matt of Empire Auto defines integrity

Never in all my experience with car shopping has it been made this simple. There was no sales pitch trying to sway you, or an unrealistic payment plan forced on you. Matt is who I dealt with and he was nothing but professional and efficient. I told him what I needed and he truly went out of his way to make it happen. If i could persuay anyone buying a car to a place it would hands down be this one. Everyone is friendly and helpful but Matt is awesome! Thanks again Empire for making my dream come true!!

Have had a great experience with both my vehicles at Empire, from the purchase to the service (especially the service, Sam is the best service manager I've ever delt with including responding to inquire texts within mins!!!) I'll buy all my rides from here and you should too!
