When I first walked in the doors, Jim greeted me and was very friendly from the get go. He's a great salesmen that's for sure.

Service concerns.

I have had a number of difficulties with the service department. With the last truck I had to contact the owner to get serious problems dealt with. The truck was actually dangerous after repairs. I was certain that I knew what was wrong but it took letters to Clark to get satisfaction. This included written concerns and the service writer trying to feed me poor information. The 2015 truck I bought was delivered witht he wrong storm front and I had difficulty convincing staff that it would not fit. It would be helpful if staff paid more attention to what the customer is saying.

I believe i have now purchased three vehicles from Murray's via Mark Hery. Mark is great to deal with, no pressure tactics from him. He genuinely wants to help us get the right vehicle for our needs. I always recommend Mark to everyone that asks.

Dan helped us get the vehicle we wanted and a great trade in deal too. He made sure I understood all the features and how to run them before leaving the dealership. I feel confident that the next time we are looking at a new vehicle dan will be able to help us again.
