Jon was very helpful and friendly with us. Provide a lot of info about the car. Helping a lot with our car incident. While waiting for ours car to be fixed he was taking care of purchase documents to be solved faster and he saved our time to come back another day. Very efficient.

We took our Honda Civic in because there was a nasty grating/squeaking noise coming from the wheels when we were moving the car. We were assuming it was a problem with parking brake or brakes in general...gearing up for an expensive repair. Adam, who was taking care of us came to us after only half an hour and told us that the noise was being caused by a small stone that had gotten stuck in one of the wheel assemblies. They got it out and charged us .... $0 ! We were delighted! That's why we always go back to Brantford Honda (a 40 minute drive from our house)..excellent service by great people!

When looking to downsize from a truck to a smaller and more family friendly car Jon walked us through our options clearly and helped my wife and I make the choice that was best for us. I would (and have) recommend in the future!

I have been using Brantford Honda for service for years. Trevor has always been open and honest about the work needed on my vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable, not to mention friendly and hardworking. I always wait for my service to be completed since the facilities are comfortable and I can do my own work using the free Wifi.

Our experience with Brantford Honda was almost 10 out of 10. The staff is very friendly. Purchased a vehicle from Danielle, she is very pleasant, casual and professional.Even though the vehicle is out the door there are a couple details that need to be addressed, we are quite confident that Danielle will continue to be helpful and follow thru with them, thats the kind of salesperson she is and we were impressed. Danielle was very kind, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable on all the Honda products. She makes an excellent sales rep, not pushy and did her research on compatibles. Extremely well organized! Wonderful experience doing business with Danielle and will unhesitatingly refer anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to her.

My husband called Brantford Honda to inquire about the Honda Fits, the differences and what models were available. Danielle emailed My husband with full details, pictures,etc and very promptly. She was patient while we visited our local Honda. Danielle was eager to answer any and all questions we had. She arranged that night for us to look at a specific Honda Fit we had our eye on after going over the details she had sent us. Danielle arranged a payment option best suited to our needs so we could start the process of buying our vehicle that night. Danielle was very pleasant, kind, informative, knowlegable, enthusiastic and eager. Clearly Danielle is experienced and very professional in her sales. We will gladly return to her in the future, when purchasing another vehicle.
