I had re-call work that was needed on my 2014 GMC Sierra. I made an appointment through my trusted service advisor Rennie and as always he superseded as usual. During my re-call appointment he had my annual 120 point inspection completed and was able to get my truck serviced with an oil change. Fantastic is all I can say.

I am very happy with the service I received. They were very attentive and took care of all my needs. Everything was explained to me and the work was completed in the time frame that they had given to me. I used the shuttle service and it was excellent.

Liam was fantastic! Couldn't have gotten a better guy to help us. He listened to what I was looking for, and what my budget was, and came up with vehicles spot on. After I made a mistake with a name of a vehicle, he told me about the sale that was on for the vehicle, we later purchased. We had not seen the website, so he could have sold this vehicle at full price, but told us about the sale, and was so honest and sincere about it. He showed it to us, and let us test drive it, even let me pick up my husband Richard from work, so he could see it. We fell in love with it, and when we returned from our test drive, we bought it. When we did ask for a few things to be done on it, it was no problem, Liam got the work done. Liam was very, very kind to my very annoying brother in law, I had with me. He tolerated him threw out the procedure, as did the manager, I'm sorry I can't remember his name, I think it was Dan. So I highly recommend, not only Murray's for having a great system of finding cars asap, but for having fantastic employees, that not only treat you with respect, but treat you like family. Will recommend Murray's and Liam to family, when they are in need of a car. Thank you Gisele and Richard Berard

Chris Mark is my service manager. He was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. I came in with a weird smell coming from my A/c and he is doing everything to fix it for me.

Peter has always been straight forward in his dealings with me. If I have concerns with my vehicle, he has always told me the options available, pros and cons of each, and his recommendation. I have observed his interactions with other clients and in my opinion, his customer service is nothing short of exemplary.

I was treated with great service and accomodated wonderfully. From the Autobody to service department to Enterpprise rent a car. Finally got the service from GM that I heard about and expected - truly 6 Star service from everyone.
