I went to Wheaton Chev after bad experiences with 2 other GM dealerships. After dealing with Stu at Wheaton I won't be going to any other dealership again. The service was great, always kept in contact and let me know what was going on. Very impressed.

I had the chrome steps on my Silverado replaced under warranty. They were pitted and scratched from normal use...service advisor, accessory manager and my salesman all agreed that there was a defect in the product and were helpful with me getting them replaced. They might have to be replaced again in the future until GM comes up with a better product for their steps.

1 I had to bring it back 4 times before the service department would acknowledge that there was an issue 2 It took almost a week to install a fuel pump 3 When replacing the pump did not solve the issue I tried to contact the service department and no one would respond to the messages that I left

from the moment I drove in, Jeff Strassburger the service writer looked after me in a very polite manner, he was concerned about my problem and was eager to have it resolved. The repair was performed in the time he told me. The waiting lounge was great, the cashier's were great to deal with. Overall experience was great, I place I will recommend to many.
