Just made the easiest major purchase of my life. Randy at SMP couldn't have been any more honest, trustworthy and thoughtful when it came to helping me buy my 2020 Silverado RST. Everything from the tires to the airbag system, Randy made sure this truck was the one for me and my family. Not only was Randy amazing but Shane, in the finance department, put my anxiety at ease by searching out the best interest rate that worked with my budget. The whole SMP family went above and beyond by making me feel like part of the family. Absolute no brainer taking my business there. I look forward to my next purchase just to hang with the SMP crew. Thanks again to everyone at SMP!!

Not too impressed with SMP. My truck was in for over a week waiting on parts, every time they called they found more wrong. During this wait ( and I do have extended power train warranty) they never offered a service loaner vehicle. I left with my truck dirty and the tires low on air pressure, but they found other issues I never asked them to look for. I can truly say I wish I would have taken my truck to my mechanic instead of SMP. Lesson learned, even with my extended warranty, I won't be taking my truck back to SMP ever.

Hello Anton, I am sorry you had vehicle concerns. I have had the opportunity to review the repairs completed on your last service visit. Your vehicle would not start, and fuel pump replacement was required. In addition, the SES light was on because the evaporative emission canister and other associated components were filled with dirt. While working on the vehicle (fuel pump is inside the fuel tank), it was noted that your brakes were completely worn out, and of course we are obligated to make sure you know this. In addition, there were a few other concerns which could be addressed by bringing your maintenance up to date. I see parts were ordered right away, and repairs completed as soon as the parts arrived. Your extended service contract does offer a limited number of rental days, and would likely have applied for a portion of the time your vehicle was disabled. I apologize if a rental was not offered. When you have a moment, please contact me directly. I would like the opportunity to correct any possible outstanding deficiencies. We appreciate you as a Sales and Service customer, and value the relationship. Once again, I apologize for any miscommunication and am looking forward to hearing from you.
