Have had a great experience with both my vehicles at Empire, from the purchase to the service (especially the service, Sam is the best service manager I've ever delt with including responding to inquire texts within mins!!!) I'll buy all my rides from here and you should too!

the dealership is owned by a crook! Dont believe his promises.... He lies and will say he doesnt remember if he promised something.... its a good thing he has some good employees who atleast treat u nice but i m sure it makes thier day hard when the customers are promised something by the owner and he doesnt produce... dont buy from here.... Cars are a piece of junk.... My transmission went in the first year of having the vehicle.... Car wasnt detailed... Had throw up in the middle console. Buy somewhere else where they can keep up with what is promised to u....

Sam was awsome he help me alot he went above and beyond for me and still is i gave a 5. Star cause i was very satified of the hard work he has done for me he goes out of his way to help others when they need it not like other serive mangers rude and everything else sam listens and understands every thing keep up great work.

My experience with SAM was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure i was a happy and satisfied customer. He understood my situation and let downs from previous car lots and had to show me that he had my best interest at heart. Thank u sam for looking out! U are deffinatley appreciated!
