Our sales man really knew their stuff and delivered on his promises! Very friendly and trustworthy! We would recommend dropping in and having a look around. It is not your typical shark-like sales environment. They're not pushy and they answer your questions without pressuring you to buy...that's the best thing about it.

I just wanted to commend your sales team, the service they're giving has been full of helpful information and very polite, I had been hearing about a lot of your deals from one of your sales members Michael Godfrey, and wanted to give some feedback in hopes that his diligent efforts and polite service is recognized, this young man represents your dealership very well, his service was very informative and respectful which is hard to come by now a days and I really appreciate that. From the phone call from Joanne explaining to me that I needed to bring my car in for a recall, to the pick up of my car, your service was outstanding. Joe Pozderec at your service desk was very accommodating and thorough. I needed a ride to my volunteer job in Oshawa and that was provided no problem. The shuttle driver was very friendly, in fact, I knew his wife Maria from my volunteer job. Small world! Another lovely touch was you wash the car after the work is done. Thank you. Job well done!

My recent purchase of a previously owned vehicle was one of the best I've experienced. Sam Bianca was always pleasant and helpful but never pressured us to make a purchase. He let us take our time making a decision and always made himself available to answer questions we had a couple days after our initial test drive. I would highly recommend OMS as well as Sam when considering purchasing a vehicle!
