Went here because I needed an alignment, had a friend who worked here and wanted to support local. Worst mistake ever... very expensive and three days later I drove it and it was not aligned!?!?! The guy at the service counter was 105% certain I had hit a curb and knocked it out again, but in my 6 years driving I have only hit 2-3 curbs and they were all on the backend (0 happened in this 3 day window). To say the least they screwed me out of about 100 bucks, give or take... and I actually had to go pay a small shop $80 and they made it right. So as for you guys go ahead and stand behind your work, but at the end of the day a vehicle shouldn't have alignment issues after sitting still for 3 days!! Keep my money, my business and friends business will go anywhere else.

I purchased my Odyssey from this location i noticed excellent sales people with excellent experience. People are in Brantford Honda very respectfull and i will continue to come this location to service my Odyssey and Accord and I recommend to everyone. Danielle was welcoming from the moment my family and I came on to the lot. She helped to make the kids feel comfortable while we completed the paperwork and was not bothered by them at all. She answered all of our questions and was very informative and helpful! I would definitely recommend Danielle to a friend! Thank you for all your help. We love our new CR-V!

As a previous owner of a Honda Civic coupe, I was looking to upgrade to the new 2016. Jon was extremely helpful in catering to my needs and explained all the gadgets on my day of pick up. The atmosphere at brantford Honda is inviting, friendly and professional. Jon even came in early just so I could have my car in the morning which I really appreciated.

Danielle was very professional and courteous and honest. She answered our questions very well and really helped to explain our options, which made finding the right vehicle easy (and enjoyable!). Danielle is the best salesperson I think I have ever encountered, and that was refreshing! She went above and beyond anything I expected. I would highly recommend Danielle and Brantford Honda if you are looking to buy a vehicle – try them out, believe me there is no pressure, you won’t regret it!

I have nothing but great feedback for Jon Kirk. He took time to get to know me and what type of vehicle I was looking for. He was very thorough and diligent. There were a few hiccups along the way but he handled these situations as a true professional!
