I was able to obtain a vehicle from Andrew at Empire Auto Group. Even with a horrible credit score....with hopes my credit score improves I will most definitely be advising my friends and family to visit Andrew, Adam, and Regan at Empire Auto Group.

Empire Auto was the second dealer we looked at when searching for a previously owned vehicle. The staff was friendly and didn't follow us through the lot as we inspected the vehicles. We took a vehicle for a test drive twice on the same day and I made the decision to purchase it. I dealt with Andrew for the sale. He was professional and took the time to answer my sales/registration questions. I didn't feel pressured whatsoever. It took a few days for the car to be certified and when it was time to pick up the car, I had no way to get to Empire Auto. Andrew offered to pick me up at my place. A few days after taking possession of the car I noticed a few things that needed attention. The steering was slightly off and the car was too bouncy on the road. During my first return visit they replaced the front struts and made arrangements to fix the steering. I was given a loaner car so that I still had transportation. After getting my car back I found that it was still a little bouncy so during my second visit to install the new steering linkage, they also replaced the rear struts as I requested. Darryl was the service advisor who I dealt with and I felt that these concerns were taken seriously. Overall I have no complaints, Empire Auto is fair and professional. Thanks Andrew and Darryl.

Such a fantastic place to buy a car. Such friendly, knowledgeable and caring people. I had such a great experience form start to finish! I never felt pressured and when speaking and dealing with Adam, he was so knowledgeable about the vehicles and products. I knew I was in great hands from day one! I will definitely be going back to Empire! Great staff, great service and great selection! Thanks again Empire! And especially, thanks to Adam for making this process so smooth!

What a fantastic place to get a car!!! Great people, great cars great service! Business for life! I couldn't have asked for better service from the time I walked into the office and spoke to Adam and Reagan to the time I picked up my car and drove it off the lot! Adam worked hard for me to get me into a car he knew was for me. He was always friendly and professional and had great advice. He was very very knowledgeable on his products. I never felt pressured in any way and if Adam wasn't available Reagan was there to help. They all work as a team!!! So thanks again guys! I absolutely love my car!

Regan has been exceptional to work with. This is my 2nd purchase through Empire and dealing with Regan. Regan is professional, organized and amazing when trying to achieve financing when your credit has been challenged. Regan works with some great people and I would highly recommend Empire and Regan.
