Under no circumstances should anyone work for this company. My husband worked here for almost 6 months and had 80% benefits. Coworkers were ruthless and would steal clients. When he gave his 2 weeks notice as he was not making much money, they decided to terminate him immediately that day, paid him 1 week of severance and let him go that day, also terminating his benefits with no notice to us at all , leaving us with a $500 dental bill. Cameron literally said it would have been better if we let our daughter go to the dentist and then quit that very day with no notice. That my husband was so lucky to get 1 week pay. What a low life company to work for !!!!!!!! Vehicles are overpriced and the company lies about sales. Beware .

We were met with very polite, happy and helpful staff. Answered all our questions and were very prompt with everything. Our experience was excellent with every department and staff. Will definitely be going back in the future for our next pickup. They were very kind to our puppy as well, giving her treats which I was very happy about that. That sold the pickup lol Thx to all

I recently had my car towed there to get a key for my older car. Prior to losing my key, my car was running good and had had work done on it. My car had to be there for 10 am. When I called before lunch, they still hadn't looked at it. When I went in in the afternoon, still nothing. The service was not great. Seemed like they had better things to do than serve us. After finally getting the key. My vehicle would not start. They said they could scan it at $175 hr and it would take minimum 2-3 hrs to scan. I am totally not impressed. It took 5 minutes to walk to my car get the VIN and another 45 min to cut and program it.

We went to Riverside Dodge Chrysler Jeep couple of times now for some concerns after we got our Hyundai Santa Fe, Taylor as always was very helpful and Crystal from parts and services helped us too. It was quick and convenient. Overall all the staff from Riverside Dodge Chrysler Jeep were very friendly, greeted us and asked us as we come in if we need of anything. 😊
