Went in to look at the grand highlander. From the moment we walked in the door the customer service was extremely poor. They didn't have anything to test drive, said to order without test driving and didn't care to go over model options or pricing. We wee told we'd have to sign a form saying if the model year went from 2024 to 2025 we'd pay the difference without them knowing the price difference or any changes to the vehicle design. We are looking to order within a week and the customer service made us walk away. I wouldn't recommend dealing with Barrie Toyota to anyone unless you're okay ordering a vehicle you can't see or test drive and waiting up to a year for delivery.
