My name is Dallas. I am a paraplegic in a wheelchair.I went to dodge to buy a new truck.I was greeted by a salesman Leif Peek. I told him i really liked the black on black look not knowing that i was refering to the classic model that has minimum options and doesnt come with electric seats..Leif didnt tell me that if i needed more options i would have to pick a different model.? I didnt even know that the black on black look was the low end model. I feel he didnt do his job informing me about the line up of different dodge truck models.? So now im stuck with a truck that i really didnt want. I have been a loyal customer to vernon dodge since 2005,i have purchased a few trucks from dodge and was always happy with the service i recieved.I wont deal with Leif Peek ever again.

Hi Dallas, we're very sorry that the requirement of a power seat was overlooked and that it only came up after you custom built and ordered your new truck. There is no option for a power seat in the trim of truck you wanted but we have been working closely with your mobility solution company to try to find a solution that will provide you with that feature. We are happy to help financially as well once the best plan to solve the problem is found.
