Wanted to like this dealer as we had moved to Guelph in 2020. Was interested in a new vehicle, had security chase me off the lot and threaten to call the police because I was there "after hours" 6pm on a Sunday summer night? Had my vehicle services once there, floor of truck was left dirty, grease left on door and seatbelt. Upon that sour taste you get their automated service calls that call once a month regardless if you ask to cancel them, had to call 3 seperate times to get my number removed. Parts department will upcharge at least $75-150 more than any other Dodge dealer. Extremely dissatisfied with every aspect of this dealer, would recommend literally any other. EDIT: Regardless of my other reviews which do not concern you, your complete dismissal of my concerns shows the lack of integrity your dealer holds. Pathetic.

We don't normally acknowledge any car dealerships as we have had some horrible experiences over past 40yrs of buying both new and used vehicles. My wife and I had our minds set on a new Grand Cherokee or Ram 1500 truck and after meeting with Dave Schneider our most excellent sales person. Dave was very professional and thorough and even though I busted his chops the entire meeting, he took my fun jabs in stride and we worked on process of elimination. There are so many options to consider and the amount of new technology that goes in to todays higher end vehicles is amazing. These SUV's practically drive themselves. So after about what seemed like an eternity and test driving both the Grand Cherokee and yes the Dodge Durango R/T with the 5.7 V8 Hemi engine....holy fast batman.. We decided on the Durango.. what a great ride, all the options and very comfortable interior plus added bonus was dual tv screens in the back for the Grandkids..lol Thank you Dave and Wellington Motors for awesome customer service and so nice to have you less than 1km from our home for future oil changes and service.. If you happen to be in the Guelph area and looking for a New Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep product, stop in and ask for Dave Schneider.. Thanks Dave and team Dan and Nancy...Ariss, On
