Disappointed in the service department. My light came on for a low air in tire, after my husband looking closely we saw that the stem valve would need replacing. We called for an appointment and was told nothing was available the next day, ok, fine, understandable. Then we tried to book the next day, appointment was available in the afternoon, but I could not leave my vehicle in the morning and go to work, i had to come at my appointment time, sorry but I need more flexible service, I have to work... So i moved on to another tire company and had my tired fixed within the hour and I will find somewhere else to service my Honda Pilot ( which I love)

Hi Lisa, We are terribly sorry for our inability to get you in for service at a more convenient time for you. We have unfortunately been completely swamped in our service department for the past week due to a sudden surge in recall work. Due the service department being at full capacity we are also at parking full capacity too. Double Whammy! Again, our apologies and we hope to see you back in the future. We aren't seeing your name in our system to send a prepaid service card to....could you email me your information to: erik@jonker.com

Today I had serviced my Odyssey at Jonker Honda. It was my first visit there and I was really impressed. The staff were very friendly and the best of all the Service manager ( Cartina) is very nice, and she takes the time to explain everything you need to know.
