Had my semi annual maintenance and everything was done in a very timely manner.

Standard service provided. Vehicle ready within time frame promised. Staff courteous. Nothing special for example do not do extras like Honda dealerships. Honda staff ask and provide coffee, papers etc. They wash your car after each service is completed . A staff member reviews your service with you before you go to the payment counter and you do not have to stand there and wait in line for someone to take your payment. Honda staff much more friendly and customer focused. As I said, Murray staff do what they need to and are courteous .

Service at Murray's has always been good. Recently I experienced an emergency with my car related to the gas cap and it took awhile to reach the service advisor. However, all was resolved and service will continue.

I have never been to a dealership to have my car serviced. It was super easy and Amanda was extremely helpful. My car wasn't finished the day it was supposed to be but Amanda kept in great contact with me to update me on the status of my car. Overall great experience.

The vehicle was ready for pick- up as- promised with no major findings. Need to have a slow leak on one of the wheels further looked at on the next visit assuming that I don't have it repaired before that time.

Even when the service bays are buzzing with customers, someone lets me know they know I've arrived. This interest in the customer carries throughout visit, including asking whether I have any specific concerns other than routine maintenance and explaining what was done when the car is ready for pick up. These exchanges of info help build my trust in Murray Chevrolet in what can otherwise be a shot-in-the-dark experience. I also appreciate the excellent shuttle service and pleasant waiting area.

Had car in for yearly inspection and a recall , they shuttled me home and back so I didn't have to wait , everything here is done so efficiently and professionally , Job Well Done
