The shop is not good. Had to show service manager what the issue was, chares 40$ more then 2 specialty auto shops in saskatoon. Their shop rate is an absurd 153$ and hr + tax and parts. They charge 14$ more than weaton gm. Which is litterally another chevy dealer. If you need work done. Go anywhere eles unless you like paying up your nose

Our hourly shop rate is considered to be very competitive when you take into account our investment in facilities, training, and specialized tools. We employ journeymen technicians who receive additional advanced training in diagnostics and repair. In fact, the training is continuous and never ending. In addition, we have a professional staff trained to handle the administration and the keeping of records relating to your vehicle maintenance and repair services. It is not unusual for other repair facilities to bring customer vehicles to SMP when they require specialized or advanced diagnostics. There have been multiple instances where others have worked on a vehicle for many hours and then brought it to SMP to have it diagnosed in one hour or less, and then repaired in a smooth an efficient manner. Sam treated us great when we were looking for vehicles and did her best to get us everything we wanted. Both my fiancée and I bought vehicles from her in the same week/weekend. Good service, very friendly and knowledgeable. They will do whatever they can within reason to make sure you are happy and get into the ride you want.

Horrible place and horrible staff. My sister took her vehicle in to be serviced and had a 22kg box of cat litter in her trunk, the staff stole it. They had no business being in the trunk, and we know they were in there because they forgot their tools. Very unprofessional place and very unprofessional staff. Stop trying to put the blame on your customers when your staff are thieves.

Hi Brandi - as previously discussed with your sister, we looked at surveillance footage and there was no kitty litter taken from the vehicle.
