Very dishonest

My husband and I were shopping around for new truck options with our truck as a trade in. We tried this sales Center but were completely taken aback when they offered us 5,000.00 below black book value of our limited edition truck. Of course we knew it needs some work and was older, but , thought we would get a more honest sales person. My husband and I then looked at another sales Center for same options, and got the price we deserved on our truck as well as all the incentives we qualified for. I'm glad for one reason we went here.... So now we can warn other people to shop around and different locations. Clearly these sales people are not looking out for anyone but lining their own wallets. I will never shop for a vehicle here again

Awesome Service

Want to let you know how great your staff is. Your service is 2nd to none. I worked at a dealer for 14yrs and we never had the service or sales like you have you are a pioneer on service and should be a model for all dealers. we had a glitch with our summer tire swap the sensors didn`t take technology huh. Dave Caruana my trusted service advisor took the time on his way home to come and calibrate the tires because he lives near me. The service we receive from OMS is awesome that is why it is our 5th car there from Brian Dick . I worked for Ford for 14 yrs. I trust the dealer and its employees what you do to keep long term employees there is working keep it up. you are obviously a dealer principle in touch like mine was Jim Souch. Dave knows me and my vehicles. If there is ever an issue or an unexpected expense he takes a lot of time to explain exactly what is needed and the cost. He is personable and works very hard to provide excellent service
