Regan Thomson is very knowledgeable in both the finance and vehicle I purchased on Monday. Particularly impressed that he picked up a flicker of the headlamp of my car and kept it for a few more hours to have it looked at and repaired. Adam and Mark were great, they were very helpful and made the experience easy, and Darrel was very helpful and I definitely felt listened to but that has changed since Darrel left. I don't fault Adam or Mark for this issue, I fault the new service department. So, if I had to review sales they were awesome.

I've had my Nissan X Terra for about 5 mths. Like most vehicles its not uncommon to have issues. Initially they were great, fixing things they were responsible for. I've had one issue with a tire sensor since I've bought the vehicle, now they have done bandage fixes with no success, and now they have decided to abandon me and tell me it is my problem.
