I have been a loyal customer at Brantford Honda for about 17-18 years. In the first few years, the attitude at Brantford Honda was condescending to me as a woman. The changes for at least the last 12 years has been a welcome change. I know the people at Brantford Honda, and they are respectful, helpful, always going the extra mile, explaining what needs to be done and why. I know I will be looked after, and my car will be in the best shape it could be. I am very comfortable with my service providers at Brantford Honda.

Made an appt to get my first Oil change on my newer car 2015 Fit Canary Yellow car and also to install my new winter tires on rims and to keep my summer ones in stock for me. Had to wait a little longer than usual, but they provided me a driver to drop me off at Walmart and pick me up once it was done. So in all it was like usual a great experience dealing with the same person, since you build a great relationship and build trust and understanding in whatever comes our way of waiting or offering rides to keep us happy. Trevor deserves a raise and a big tap on the back and a free lunch. Thanks Keep up the good work

I look forward to each service appointment...personnel are always friendly, waiting facilities are comfortable, courtesy shuttle, if required, is greatly appreciated, the delicious fresh brewed coffee always hits the spot and...I get to drive away in a clean car!

This was likely for a muffler replacement. OEM parts were a little pricey, and it took an extra day to get said parts, but I was overall very happy with the experience. Ended up selling that car 2 weeks later and hopped into a '15 Si sedan like I've always wanted. :p
