Had a great experience at SMP this week when I had to bring my car in for a shifting problem. Devon was the service advisor who was very professional and respectful and explained everything to me. And Brent the service manager went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was ready same day for me. Happened to stop at parts desk on my way out for a cargo mat I had previously purchased that wasn’t working and was pleasantly surprised with their parts warranty and got a new cargo mat thanks to Noah! Huge thanks to you all for making it a great experience.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I tried purchasing elsewhere but the vehicle I wanted was only available at SMP, however my experience was horrible. From lack of response and follow up from sales guy to condescending/cocky finance guys, every moment was dreadful. I would not recommend them to anyone. That said, I’m quite confident that if I was a man, things would have been significantly better.....

We have bought two vehicles from SMP in the last 7 years. Had a great experience with their sales team and really appreciated the extra lengths they went to make sure we were satisfied. However, the service department has been some of worst experiences I’ve had with a business. Every time I have come in for service the price ended up being higher than quoted. The last time I came in I was told my trailer brake system was faulty and needed to be replaced but it would be under warranty with no cost to myself. I agreed to the repair based on this information. When I showed up to pick up the truck they had charged me for the repair. When I challenged the issue they tried to explain to me that I was in the wrong and somehow misunderstood. I let it go but I have now had enough of the constant phone calls, emails, and text messages I receive from them for service and trade-ins on our vehicles so I have decided to write this review. I have called in at least 4 times now and asked for them to stop calling and messaging me, sometimes 3-4 times a week. That is to the point of harassment! I have noticed a gradual decline in the service provided and unfortunately I don’t think I will be buying or obtaining service from them again in the future.
