I recently purchased a "New to me" vehicle from Regan Thomson at Prime Motors of London. Regan was an excellent representative and salesperson for Prime Motors providing a very professional, knowledgeable and courteous customer service making the sometime stressful experience positive. I will be recommending Regan and Prime Motors to my friends and family.

I have called many of times because the vehicle needs a new seat and the have it, i've called to try and make an appointment and they never call me back I understand they are busy but I would also appreciate a call back because I need some things for my vehicle

This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Prime Motors. The team is great to work with. They really work hard for you into get the car/truck you want. They even got me a better financing rate than my own bank offered!

My experience with prime motors was incredible! With a baby on the way we needed a safe and reliable vehicle. Mark had not only provided us with numerous options but strived and went above and beyond and found us our dream car (**which on our first visit was not even an option as they did not have one!**). The experience my wife and I had prompted us to refer a friend that was also looking for a vehicle. Needless to say both of us walked away with great vehicles and are extremely happy with the level of professionalism we received! Thank you so much!
