I had a difficult decision to make and Dana walked me through any doubts. The Cruze is smaller than the Impala but is easier to manoeuver .

Experience was not pleasant at all. Not much communication. Had to do a lot of chasing and prying for information myself. Did not feel respected at all. No negotiation at all. Told if we didn't like it he would sell to someone else or send it to the states. Only reason I made the purchase was because of Dave Baker who made us feel comfortable buying it.

The service is good. I just don't like waiting for things to get done I live in Hampton so if it takes 2 hours so it isn't worth going home.
