If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want a place that lies and rips you off then this is the place for you. save your self the headache an go somewhere else, They Lie about years you have to pay lie about warranty yes great and kind people up front but in the end there good at what they do there is tons more they lied about but thats what good scammer does.Honestly read your paper work and do your home work. Will never step foot hear again or recommend this place .first sales person was great we had an honest person. second and third we had same one shame on us for trusting you. Very disheartening all about making a buck instead of doing the right thing for people.shame on you.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ozzy when purchasing my 2022 VW. He was great to work with, answered all the questions myself and my fiance had and was patient with us while we looked and tested it. The car was new on the lot and had a few things wrong, his mechanic was lovely and was able to order in the parts and it was an easy fix. He was transparent with it when I went to test drive it. Overall the experience was great. I would say it was 5 stars and fairly equal to purchasing from a dealership. The only difference vs a dealership that I noticed was there was NOT an increased amount of sales pressure. I didn't feel pressured on any level which was such a relief while I made the decision.

I am putting 1 star in solidarity to my family and my father Farid Ruiz , this not fair!! 3 months without car , and paying the loan The dealer told to my father that if he remove the review they will fix the car, my father removed the bad review and automatically the deal was broken. My father have been sick with this situation. His blood pressure is high now . Now who responds? . I am going to post the original review that put my father . Original review by Farid Ruiz I had a terrible experience with this distributor. I bought my car in August 2023. Kia 2016 is apparently in good condition, I paid $19,000 and two months after having it I had to take it in because the ignition was bad. Fortunately I bought an extended warranty, but I had to pay $200 dollars anyway. Now recently in June 2024 without even being a year old, the car was It damaged the engine, I took the car to the dealership again and they told me that the engine was damaged and that I had to pay them $8,000 to replace the engine. The guarantee covers $4,000 and they inflate the prices to be able to charge the guarantee and the customer, “they win twice.” The saddest thing about all this is that 2 weeks before they sent me a message asking me to take the car for a preventive inspection, I took the car to them and they told me that they had to make some changes, but it was nothing serious, that they were trying to talk to the guarantee so that I wouldn't pay anything “it all sounded very nice.” After they inspected the car they never called me and I called them every week to find out when to take the car back to make the small changes, they told me that they were waiting for authorization, that was a pure lie, I don't know the reason for such a review and a few . weeks “SURPRISE” the car's engine is damaged. Latin friend, be careful, they deceive and scam. They scammed me “I bought a car in apparently very good condition” and in less than 1 year the ENGINE DAMAGED. I sacredly did his oil changes and his periodic inspections. When they were asked why the Engine if they supposedly opened by checking the car before, they told me that they do not check the engine. Now they wash their hands and I am left with a debt to the bank and no car. They are very kind but it is to be able to deceive you and unfortunately the sellers know what they are selling and they deceive you. I'm going to report them everywhere.
