Went in to look at a tundra. Test drove it and the steering wheel was cock eyed and the vehicle pulled very badly to the left. I Called up a friend who is a journeyman mechanic at a local Toyota dealership and asked if this was allignment issues. He informed me that it was most likely the original owner hit something and bent a suspension component. Okay no big deal. I brought this up to the salesman who immediately shut this down saying the truck is fine and just needs an allignment. I asked if we could put the truck on a lift so I could visually look myself. Shut down again. I then asked if I could take the truck to a 3rd party mechanic who could verify what the issue is. I was told the only place I could take the truck was toyota and not a mechanic of my choice. The salesman were very aggresive towards me just wanting to see if anything was wrong. Because of this ordeal they have lost my business and I recomend anyone else looking for a used vehicle look elsewhere.

purchased a truck,later purchased running boards with install . work was done within the time frame they gave me. I would refer others to wheaton, GREAT PLACE TO SHOP

Was very pleased with the salesperson and he was very helpful. he reply always in a timely manner and when he said he would do something he did. His name is Jay Wingerak and I give him a +++A for the great service.

I was in for a rattling noise and the service tech checked it out and determined the problem which was with a handle and set to remedy the problem.

Wheaton Chev service is awesome and I highly recommend people use there service department! Darren is an awesome service rep with lots of knowledge and always treats me with respect and gets my vehicle done asap James West looked after me on my new truck purchase and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new or used vehicle!!!

Online site booked my appointment when shop was going to be closed. No one noticed a single appointment sitting on that date and I was the one who figured it out when I called to confirm I'd be in the next day.when I finally did get rebooked there was no apologies about first mishap then no one bothered to call when oil change was done .I called to check n they couldn't find my car.they pretend the shop is being outsourced to India and the front desk girl has no way of finding out or relaying info other than transferring to voicemail of people who don't pick up phone .took 45 mins of calling just to hear my car was ready .was told I'd get a shuttle n it was 45 mins late ended up getting a ride there on my own from a friend.got there and was told to make my own way to parts dept to order my own paint for my car -again aparently this was something only I could do for some reason the phones might not work.placed my order at part desk and was told I would get a call when part was in .........no call ever received needless to say I never went back to pick up part.I told this to the service manager but only got a empty apology was told about the future being better n he actually Said far off future not next oil change.he never offered any compensation over my lost time and frustration nor did he make a good claim of why I should give my business to them in my next service apointment. I will go elsewhere too bad too because I bought my car there n was hoping for that ongoing g relationship. This happend about 3 months ago .
