First oil change!

Took my 2013 Chevrolet Silverado in for it's first oil change. When I arrived Matthew was very prompt and courteous as he ushered me into the service bay all at the same time as he wide eyed commented on how nice and in excellent condition my truck was. Afterwards he explained to me everything that was done and checked and again commented how well maintained and how everybody in that day went by to look at my truck because they heard how nice and how low the mileage was for a 2013! All in all it was a very pleasant experience!

my experience at the dealership exceeded my expectations

i was at the dealership to have a problem with the 4WD transfer remedied. I arrived at 7:45 AM and by 8:10 I was on the shuttle downtown and at my desk at the office by 8:35. I arrived back at the dealership at approximately 3:30 and found that my vehicle had been detailed at no cost to me as a token of appreciation. During my attendance at the dealership, all the staff were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and addressed me by name.
