Oil change / tire swap

Was in for an oil change and tire swap.. My only complaint is that they book you in for 8am and your car sits in the parking lot until 11am before they even pull it in....if I make an appointment for 8am, I expect work to begin at 8am.

We have always been able to get our vehicle in for service in a timely manner. John is knowledgeable and professional, he takes the time to explain things to you in language you will understand. Attempted to get mud flaps installed and was scheduled immediately without and appointment. Unfortunately the parts didn't fit and we all got to learn something. Dave and the group there are fantastic to deal with and I will return.
