Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable, timely and extremely helpful. Although I had scheduled an early morning appointment, the shop was busy and it looked like I may have to spend most of the morning in the dealership cafeteria. Ryan found a way to move things along so that I was on my way in a couple of hours. I really appreciate the effort. Thank you.

Genevier was excellent. I mentioned a problem and right away she had a tech come over for a road test. The road test was not required as we solved the problem on the shop floor

I hadn't been planning on purchasing a new vehicle at this time, I had thought another year before I would trade in. I was in for service and ended up chatting with Jared while I was waiting for my vehicle to be brought up. We talked about the current trade in values and how favourable they were now. My previous Equinox purchase had been through John and I was very comfortable dealing with him. I had recently recommended him to a co-worker that ended up also purchasing an Equinox. John presented my options and specific trade in value and I decided to proceed with purchasing a new Equinox. I didn't feel pressured or pushed in any direction I wasn't comfortable with. I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone I know in the market for a vehicle.
