Seats doesn’t heat up when the car is started with the remote. Did not start all winter, even in -36c . But still was told it works fine and it has pre set temp of -10c. I mentioned that I had asked for the same issue with another dealer but they said the same thing. It worked completely fine last winter.

Austin sent me a video of the car I had emailed about which was very helpful because of Covid. It also saved me a trip. I ended up being interested in the car after seeing the video. I went in and was given all the pertinent information re the vehicle, left to take a drive and wished well on my day. No pressure which was way better then I expected. Leaving people to make their own decisions is key. I received fantastic treatment and would definitely buy another car from Austin. Too bad for him that he sold me such a good car I probably won't have to. Thanks for changing my mind about buying from a dealership.

I have had starting issues with HRV for more than a year. The service department listened to me and explored the possible causes. They accomplished this work quickly and cooperated with CAA to replace the battery. They explored other possible causes and hopefully resolved the problem thoroughly. Mcleod Simpson was the person I spoke with and it must be said that he is professional and very helpful. Many thank to him.
