Had a trailer hitch installed on my 2015 Civic. The job took the amount of time I was told. Overall I am satisfied with the job but was a little surprised at how they cut through the plastic cover under the car for the hitch. I thought it would have been done a little neater than that considering that it was a Honda dealership working on a Honda.

Our service advisor was polite and kept us updated on our honda while being serviced. When we picked up the honda it was washed and looked great!

Had my car cleaned and photos were taken of some damage that happened to my car in a parking lot while i was working. Trevor gave me some places to go for an estimate of the damage which was really helpful. And I'm very thankful that was provided to me as I wouldn't have known where to go to get it fixed. So that took some frustration away from the situation. Trevor and the staff were awesome and were helpful.

Easy oil change with good shuttle service!

Just had an inspection and oil change done on my civic. Dropped car off and got them to drive me to work and pick me up after. The shuttle service is handy. Experienced no issues everyone was nice and friendly to deal with.
