We were well taken care of by Eric. We tried several vehicles and when we decided that we wanted to purchase the TRAX, Eric made sure that we had a few models to choose from. We are very happy with our purchase. Our experience with Eric as our sales person was wonderful.

Michel met us in the parking lot and proceeded to show us an array of vehicles with varying options and pricing. He took time to explain any questions we had and was thorough in his knowledge and expertise regarding GM products. He has followed up with phone calls and e-mails making sure we are satisfied with the vehicle and service aspects. In the era of declining customer service it has been refreshing to deal Ontario Motor Sales, specifically Michel. We would not hesitate to send family and friends to Michel. Great Purchase of Cadillac from Dana Golden at Ontario Motor Sales

Dana Golden at Ontario Motor Sales was extremely knowledgeable of all the pre-owned vehicles we looked at in November 2015. When we decided to go with the Cadillac SRX Dana never made us feel pressured, he got all of the paperwork completed quickly, arranged the certification inspection with the service department right away and delivered the vehicle to us within 48 hours. Complete satisfaction from Order stage to Delivery. Gary was quick to review and explain option packages and pricing. Delivery from time of order was as promised. Upon delivery the purchase transaction was completed with full explanation of the available extra warranties and their cost. Delivery of the vehicle included a complete tutorial covering the equipment and features. OnStar was successfully launched along with HandsFree Calling and Bluetooth pairing with my cellphone. Brian was extremely accommodating with my requests and provided me with a high level walk-through of the my Camaro's features. When I drove off the lot, I was confident I had made a great purchase and I knew that if I had any questions, Brian would be more than happy to answer them. Rather than just providing me with the keys to the vehicle, Brian sat with me and helped me understand the basic features of car and also help with extra amenities such as my registration with OnStar. Overall a great experience, 10/10! Thanks Brian.
