better than i thought it would be. Converted a bath to shower for my older parents. Consult went really well, knew exactly what features would be required. Installer was efficient and gave me lots of updates throughout.

We had our tub shower converted to a walk in shower and it couldn’t have gone better. He was awesome, he worked so hard - only took a 15 minute lunch and clean up was perfect. Thank you so much

Stan is a thoughtful and careful worker. I checked in on Stan due to my curiosity and Stan was willing to explain things and answer all my questions i had. If we redo our downstairs bathroom i will definitely be requesting Stan. Mel

Can't say enough great things about the Bath Fitters team. We had a very old bathtub along with some water damage repair to be done and had it replaced with a new shower. Mark Campbell came for a consultation and answered every question without hesitation, we felt like we had a lot of questions but he took his time to explain every detail and we never felt rushed (he really knows his work) told us we could call him anytime which we did with a few more questions and he was very accommodating. We had to call the office a few times with some changes we wanted to make and Angela was very friendly and helpful too! Glen M the installer did a top notch job! He too was very friendly and patient and spent time with us going over the littlest details of our special needs required and still got the job done quickly. Although with more cost added (our decision) we had them add a ceiling piece only because in the future we didn't want to have to try to paint the ceiling over the shower and maybe damaging the shower with a ladder or scratching a wall, etc...We are so glad we added the ceiling piece as it really gives you the feeling of a full surround unit...highly recommend it!! Our younger daughter feels like she's at a fancy hotel and can't wait to take a shower every day!! I sense a higher water bill in my future!! LOL The only thing I would change about Bath Fitters would be to have a soap dish shelf available with a hook(s) to hang bath brushes and puffs from so it would match the rest of the unit, but we came up with our own solution and seems to be working for us! The reason we contacted Bath Fitters is because the handyman that was going to do our work got delayed and would take a couple months to get to us, knowing we had damage that needed to be fixed right away we really didn't have a choice but to call Bath Fitters, it may have cost us a bit more, but now we have a lifetime warranty! Thanks Bath Fitters Team for a job well done :)

Professionally installed in short order. Total transformation in less than 6 hours and the price was surprisingly less than I anticipated! I love the lifetime guarantee that it comes with. One very satisfied customer who will be spreading the word!
