I was looking for a pickup truck to meet my specific requirements for towing. My initial inquiry was about a used vehicle. I was immediately impressed with Olivia's knowledge of trucks and her understanding of the detailed technical specs that would meet my needs. Her friendly demeanor and casual approach really made for a comfortable buying experience.
