The staff at honker Honda were very polite and friendly and the service from the staff was quick with hardly any waiting time. I have just started taking my Honda vehicle to Jonker Honda and so far I am pleased with their service. Evan. Sanyshyn

First time going for an oil change after buying a new CRV. The courtesy of everyone was great, very polite and cheerful, however there were a few problems. The first of which is the oil change was way overpriced compared to my usual places, dramatically higher. I went because I had a loyalty card with the purchase of the car that was supposed to have $300 on it and I was shocked when I went to pay for the oil change that it only had $100. Last, it was clear the objective was to sell more servicing. Trying to say that a brand new car with 11,000km on it now needed a tire rotation now and every 10k is ridiculous. Unfortunately with the pricing way out of whack and what seems like it will be constant upselling, that will be my first and last time there.
