Terrible experience at all three locations. We came down from Gatineau for the weekend and scheduled a showing with them for a specific car we wanted. They texted us an hour before to confirmed we were actually coming and that the car was ready for us. Once we got there the car was actually sold since a few days. We went around the lot and check for others possible options. We actually find the one we would have bought to be told this one was actually sold after looking at it for 30 minutes. No sold sign was on it and was very misleading and disappointing for us since it was in the showroom, which are reserved for cars that are ready to go. The same car was still showing online on their site many days after saying it was still available and we knew it was sold. They have a lot of click and bait simply to get customers in. They will then tell you that they can find the same car for the same price after wasting your time driving there thinking that the car you saw online was available. We than schedule 3 more showing for the next day at their 2 other locations and confirmed with them that these cars were actually there and available since we would have driving back with it the same day. While we were driving to the locations the next day we called to confirmed simply be told none of the 3 cars were available and were all at the garage for maintenance. They pride themselves on their online experience when actually there’s a lot of click and bait and their information is poorly updated and accurate. Very misleading company. Be advised that they don’t negotiate the price at all.

1 an et demi après avoir acheté mon camion GMC terrain 2011 jai dû payer 5000$ pour un moteur neuf. Trouble avec la timing chain (chose qui brise jamais) et 2 cylindres qui fuient. Le service de la vendeuse était excellent (Kim Richot merci encore!) mais après avoir conclu la vente la demoiselle qui vend les assurances machins de toute sorte était pas très heureuse que je ne veule pas en prendre. Et elle me la fais savoir et ressentir. (Translated by Google) 1 year and a half after purchasing my 2011 GMC Terrain truck I had to pay $5,000 for a new engine.
