fantastic effort

When we brought our van in it had missed the window for a recall and we were presented with a $5000 bill. The service rep Kenny did everything he could to help us contact Honda and eventually have the entire repair covered by good will. I run a construction machinery dealership and this kind of effort and customer service is what keeps customers coming back again and again. Great job by all and you have a Honda customer for life.
