Excellent Transaction

Had a problem with my 2012 Ram truck and they told me to bring it in that same day. They were pretty busy and were not going to get it done till the next day so they set me up with a complimentary rental at Enterprise with no questions asked. 24 hours later my truck was fixed and ready to go and I didn't miss a beat. Was in yesterday for tire changeover as well as oil and lube (30K Km). After I made the appointment, they followed up to confirm and then later with a reminder of my service schedule. I've always been taken care of very professionally and notified if there is a problem. I come back because they are dependable, courteous, and maintain good quality. I know that the work has been done properly. P.S. Its also nice to get the car washed too!!

The service persons were always very helpful and expained anything I did not understand about how my car worked or what things needed fixing. Always rec'd a fresh washed car back..

Mike consistently takes each of my concerns whether it be my van or vehicle of a family member as valid and assures me the problem will be resolved. If he is unable to resolve the issue, Mike will take that extra step and seek assistance from another department or person. As well, he will call me when the vehicle has been serviced and ready for pick-up. If I am under a time constraint, Mike's flexibility to make appointments to suit my schedule is greatly appreciated.

My First Car

I am a university student living in Ottawa, but I love to visit home (London) as often as I can. This means that I needed a car that could handle the 6 hour highway drives, and also be maneuverable and affordable for city driving. Chris knew right away what I needed and after keeping both my parents and me fully informed, we decided on a 2013 Dodge Dart SXT! The best part is he got it set up for us in an amazingly short amount of time to coincide with my trip home. It has worked out great so far and I got back to Ottawa on one tank of gas! Chris was awesome, helping me get all my gadgets set up before I left and making sure I knew every detail about the car! I definitely recommend Chris and Oxford Dodge for all of your vehicular needs!

The service at Oxford Dodge in London has always been prompt and efficient. The service staff call and ask before they proceed with expensive repairs. I have always had a pleasant experience when dealing with Oxford Dodge. The salesmen are very helpful as well. It has been and will continue to be a great experience dealing with the staff at Oxford Dodge London. I would like to thank the staff for the excellent experience that I have had dealing with them over the years.

I was recently in to get my scheduled oil change, and the service area was very friendly, and informed me that I should get a thorough check the next time I am in, to get my brakes, tires etc., checked and that I would need to make an appointment for this. I really appreciate having these checks to make sure my vehicle is mechanically sound and I really appreciate getting a car wash with this service as well! Great job!

Went in for an oil change as due. I didn't wait long (approximately 20 - 25 minutes start to finish). They said they would get me in in about 20 minutes so this was appreciated. It sure beats laying on my back in the driveway for the same amount of time doing it myself. Thanks
