Salesman is only as good as the company he sells for.

Jon was great to deal with as a salesman. I believe he is honest and sincere. I have never "Loved" the car buying experience. My biggest problem was with the negotiation phase as I feel the original offer for our trade-in was well below reasonable. As I stated to Jon, I believe that Brantford Honda need to look at taking the customer as a whole package, that being Sales, Service, Loyalty and Money over the years when assessing the "deal". Cost centres are wonderful from a business standpoint, but I think that your organization should do everything possible to try to get the customer in one of you vehicles.

Easy and painless

I liked the fact there was no hard sell. I was given advice and questions were answered but ultimately left to make my own well informed decision. I did not feel under pressure at any time during the visits or negotiations. I feel the experience was genuine and I was treated very fairly.

Recently Ben Toole looked after my service call. This guy is excellent. He really cares about the customer and it shows. You might want to give him a raise. People like Ben are the face of the company.
