We felt like we were being treated like a member of a family...

This was a second purchase of a new vehicle from Oxford Dodge. We had no difficulty in choosing to go back to do so. Our experience in dealing with Oxford has been positive, helpful, and most importantly, caring. Everyone at the dealership generally wants to help and be of service. Speaking of service... their service department is one of the best I have dealt with in the 45 plus years that my wife and I have owned Chrysler products.

The service I experienced was awesome. I was able to buy my first car with out any pressure to buy and all important information out in the open, no hidden costs. My salesman was very easy to talk to and was able to give me a reasonable price on my brand new vehicle
