Happy with purchase of new vehicle

Myles form crown Honda McPhillips was extremely helpful. He was able to get us into a newer vehicle that fit our needs and budget. He is personable and knowledgeable and did not push us to purchase the vehicle .

We experienced excellent customer services from Ryan. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and followed up on our request for a specific vehicle request. We drove away as happy customers! Our only regret was we could not shake hands with Ryan and Norman!!

The service representative that we dealt with, Paul Wall, provided an excellent level of customer service. Upon arrival he greeted us, explained the service our car was in for and asked about any additional concerns we might have. He then reviewed costs and provided us with a time to return. When we returned, a bit early, he greeted us and provided an update. After the work was completed Paul went over the invoice with us and asked if we had any questions. We left feeling that our business was valued. Thank you.

Would not recommend this dealership

Purchased an Odyssey, was told I can take it home that same Saturday. Didn't work for me that day so decided I'll make the drive in on Monday to pick it up. Monday comes and somehow my van won't be ready until Tuesday, they didn't have my van tires. We worked it out to have it ready Monday. Pick it up and what do you know they missed placed my tire rims. Worst service I've ever received. Would not recommend at all. Stay away.

A close friend of ours recommended we purchase a vehicle from Andy and I’m glad we did.
