UPDATE: May 23, 2023 I followed this process through and through to give them another chance...providing them with my contact info...nobody called to follow up and ask if I was still interested. :( Went to another dealer this past weekend...they found the truck I wanted...and I bought it. I am very disappointed...the customer is not a priority... I will NEVER recommend any dealerships associated under the Dilawri umbrella. ********* What a HUGE disappointment. I would give a zero if I could. I have visited Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram twice to buy a truck. The first time, the sales person appeared to have no interest unless I was serious to 'buy now' and to boot, had little truck knowledge. On the second visit, I found the truck I wanted on their website within my budget....only to find out the truck was a lower model and not what appeared on the website. Then they find what I wanted and as I question charges, it is a (2 hr) game of back and forth and the sales person is new so does not know all the answers...And we came out empty handed. Did not have to go through this when I bought a Honda. Their sales staff appear inexperienced and the general feeling is they just care about the sale and not the customer or a potential buyer. BUYER BEWARE!

Very good customer service experience đź‘Ť. The Manager of the service team was very polite and deliver a 5 stars service. Nobody pushed for extra work that wasn't needed, it was very organic coming to the shop. Great experience coming to this shop.

I recently purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Reserve at this location. Houssein and Armando were fantastic with helping acquire the reserve and get the best trade value for my trade in. They were hospitable and kind and I would recommend requesting them when dealing with sales. Everyone there is great but those two were special and deserve credit. After securing Charbel and Khalid were fantastic at making sure i was able to get everything i desired within my budget. They were able to make the purchase easy and not stressful at all. Even the receptionist was wonderful, constantly providing hospitality and great conversation. It was honestly a great experience and definitely different from other Jeep Dealerships in the Ottawa/Gatineau area. Those 4 gentleman represent the branch with high class and professionalism, I would recommend to anyone!
