This was a very good buying experience and never felt pressure to purchase. We phoned in advance and even got another vehicle in our price range suggested to us to was in great shape and ultimately the one we bought. Would definitely recommend Brandon and the Brantford Honda team and will definitely come back when we're in the market for another car!

Had a trim problem with my crv and Ben worked with me to see that I was completely satisfied, no arguments, just that he was here to make the customer happy! Glad to say I have never had a bad experience with any dealings with the Brantford Honda Team!!!

Excellent honest service

I received excellent service at Bradford Honda. I was late for my appointment and they still made sure I got in that same day. I was given a loaner car to run down to the bank while mine was being worked on. They even checked that the undercoating was done properly from the third party it was done at. They brought me into the shop and explained how it should have been done and showed me where it was missed. They were very helpful, professional, and trustworthy. I will definitely be back and tell my friends and family that I recomend them.

Snow tire installation. Appointment was made and work was completed satisfactorily. In addition, mechanics discovered a component failure and askd me if I wanted it replaced. I said to replace it. What was impressve was the mechanics observation of the component failure even though his work was just to install snow tires. That indicates a safety mindset.

Four new tyres place on the vehicle. Trevor offered the best product for the best price and assisted with the rebate form. Also had service check on oil leak. Minor repair required. Fixed the same day.
