I got the car in and also used the shuttle service. It took no time until the car was ready and shuttle was picking me up to pick up my vehicle.

The Service Advisor who served me was excellent. Can't remember her name though (blonde hair). The oil change/tire rotation were completed as asked. Also a recall notice was taken care of.

My service manager communicated very well and was not pushy which is appreciated = completed everything I needed on time and I would recommend Wpg Honda to others !!

I tried contacting someone from service 3 times after my oil change, I left messages. No response. There was even a lady I spoke to that said she would remind someone from service to return my call in the morning when the service people returned, no response. Everything was good while I was in the building but as soon as they got your business and you are gone seems like they dont care.

Please inform the customer of the costs involved to do the service before doing it. Please ask before hand so the customer will give their consent. I will not be returning to your service department because of this.

They did regular maintenance on my car and they didn't try to suggest repairs I wouldn't need. They gave me quotes for new tires and weren't pushing them on me. Just offered it as a suggestion. They washed my car which i really needed. overall I had a good experience.
