We had a great experience buying a car recently from Paul Burdon Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly. Paul was awesome at communicating through phone calls and texts. Great experience delivered by Paul at Acura of Hamilton! If you appreciate dealing with a sales professional who is courteous of your needs, go see Paul. Very impressed with his ability to understand what was important to me. The ability to have the car ready same day was greatly appreciated. A follow up call a few days later to ensure I was satisfied was a nice finishing touch. Job well done! Thanks.

I recently bought a 2013 Acura ILX from this dealarship. Julia, the sales rep, was very professional and accomodating. The information given was accurate and every effort was made to accommodate my requests. The financial department rep was also very helpful and even answered my inquiries on Sunday.

My husband and I bought a new to us (used) 2017 Acura TLX from Louis and Paul at the Acura of Hamilton. If we could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Forget the old school "used car salesman" techniques that most people despise, everyone at Acura Hamilton was honest, easy to speak to, with 0 gimmicks or sales tactics. We felt well taken care of, information was well communicated, and they did not push anything on us, paperwork was a breeze and we got an amazing car for an extremely fair price. At Acura Hamilton, they pride themselves in building relationships with their clients for the long term. Highly recommend visiting for your next new or used car and gaining a life-long relationship!
